Returns/Exchange Policy

• Any "standard item" in this site can be either exchanged, or returned for a full refund within 30 day from the purchase, in it's original condition
• We will not accept back used items.
• We offer full customization on most of our products (i.e sizes, stones etc...) and many of our items are made to order. The items shown in the pictures are the "standard items", any item that is ordered with a different color stone than the one in the picture, or a different size are called "non-standard items". We will not accept returnes or exchanges on non standard items, unless shipped with manufacturing defects.

 Shipping Policy

Most "standard" items will be shipped on the same day if accepted by 1:00PM, via USPS. Some items and most of our rings, may take up to 4 weeks to deliver (if we don't have them in stock or they have to be custom ordered from Israel)
